Coaching Logistics & Services
Virtual coaching includes personalized training plans, strength workouts, and regular check-ins via video or messaging. Everything is delivered through our training app, with unlimited support from your coach. If an athlete would benefit from an in-person coaching session, we offer that as well

Yes. Coach Mike specializes in trail and ultra-distance events, and we offer custom plans for races ranging from 5ks to 100ks.

Strength & Training Plans
Yes! Strength training improves running efficiency, reduces injury risk, and boosts performance. Our programs are designed specifically for runners and scale to you fitness level.
Most workouts require basic equipment like dumbbells and resistance bands. Your coach will guide you on modifications based on what you have. We encourage you to reach out via email any time you are questioning form or need help with equipment substitutions.
Custom plans are one-time, fully personalized programs built around your schedule, goals, and fitness level. They’re ideal for race prep or specific milestones.
Coach Qualifications
Our coaches are certified through respected organizations like RRCA, USATF, UESCA, and VDOT. These credentials ensure evidence-based, safe, and effective coaching. Many of our coaches hold formal education degrees to support their knowledge and experience in coaching as well.
