Adjust Your Training
Training is adjusted accordingly. Our athletes have families, careers, and lives, and we don’t expect them to be robotic in adhering to the plan. We’re here to help you pivot and get the most out of your training program.
Reach Your Goal
Each week of training is made available through the user-friendly app. Runs sync with most brands of GPS watches (for example, Garmin).
Athletes are encouraged to leave comments that coaches will use as discussion points to guide the process.
Each month, athletes receive a report with a snapshot of total time spent at each training pace, mileage logged, and more.
Training logged in VDOT stays in VDOT. Current training can be re-analyzed during future training cycles. Your virtual training log allows your coach to optimize and learn what works.
*Athletes participating in the strength training program must have access to basic exercise equipment, including but not limited to dumbbells or kettlebells, stability balls, medicine balls, and mini-loop resistance bands.
