TRACK YOUR TRAINING

Each week of training is made available through the user-friendly app. Runs sync with most brands of GPS watches (for example, Garmin).

COACH COMMUNICATION

Athletes are encouraged to leave comments that coaches will use as discussion points to guide the process.

SIMPLIFIED DATA

Each month, athletes receive a report with a snapshot of total time spent at each training pace, mileage logged, and more.

VIRTUAL TRAINING LOG

Training logged in VDOT stays in VDOT. Current training can be re-analyzed during future training cycles. Your virtual training log allows your coach to optimize and learn what works.

1:1 Virtual Strength Coaching
  • 3 runner-specific workouts per week. Workouts include mobility and conditioning exercises aimed at injury prevention and improved performance in running.
  • All exercises come with video tutorials, rep suggestions, and form cues.
  • Unlimited communication via email and training platform.

*Athletes participating in the strength training program must have access to basic exercise equipment, including but not limited to dumbbells or kettlebells, stability balls, medicine balls, and mini-loop resistance bands.

My name is Laura. I’m a coach, athlete, mom, and wife. My love of running began early after joining my middle school track team and competing in the 800m and 1600m events.
